Notice of one Casual Vacancy for a
Parish Councillor in Cokeham North ward
Due to the resignation of a Parish councillor, Notice is hereby given that Sompting Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.

A Parish Council is the closest level of local government to the community. It is a local authority in its own right that makes decisions on behalf of the residents in its “parish”. Becoming a Parish Councillor is a rewarding experience and is often described by those that get involved as a way of giving something back to their community.

Completed applications should be submitted in writing to the Clerk at the address at the top of this notice by noon on Friday 1st June 2019.
